Privacy notice

Last updated: 2026. This notice explains how NexReach Digital (“we”, “us”) handles personal information.

What we collect

• Details you send us through the enquiry form: your name, email address, current website, the service and budget you select, and whatever you write in the project field.
• Details you give us by email, phone or on a call.
• For client projects: the information we need to build and run your site, which may include account access, content and billing details.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
• To carry out work you have engaged us for, and to support it afterwards.
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not add you to a marketing list from an enquiry alone. If we ever want to send you marketing, we will ask first and every message will let you opt out.

Consent

The enquiry form asks you to confirm that we may store and use your details to respond. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us, and we will delete your enquiry unless we are required to keep it.

Who else sees it

We use third-party services to run our business — email, hosting, and analytics among them — and your information may be processed by them on our behalf. We share only what a provider needs, and we require them to protect it. We do not transfer your information outside South Africa except where a service provider does so in the ordinary course of providing the service.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects: up to 12 months. Client records: for the duration of the engagement and then as long as tax and company law requires. After that we delete or anonymise them.

How we protect it

Access is limited to the people who need it, accounts use strong authentication, and hosting and backups are on reputable, monitored infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your personal information we will notify you and the Information Regulator as POPIA requires.

Your rights under POPIA

• Ask what personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or delete it.
• Object to how we are using it.
• Withdraw consent you have given.
• Complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa if you believe we have mishandled it.

Cookies

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics later, we will update this notice and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
