What NexReach is
NexReach is a marketing studio based in Gqeberha. We handle brand strategy, creative campaigns, social media, performance reporting, and 3D or immersive visual work, for businesses across the Eastern Cape and the rest of South Africa.
We are small, and we work that way deliberately. That means we take on fewer projects than a larger agency would, you deal directly with the person doing the work, and we turn down jobs that we are not the right fit for. It also means we are honest about the ceiling: if a project genuinely needs a twenty-person team, we will say so.
This page is about how we work rather than how good we are. Our pricing is public, our approach is set out below, and the rest you can judge from a conversation.
What we actually believe about this work
Strategy before production. Most wasted marketing spend is not badly made, it is well made and pointed at the wrong thing. Deciding what to say and to whom is cheaper than producing the wrong thing beautifully.
Two channels done properly beats five done thinly. The instinct to be everywhere is the most common way a small budget gets diluted into nothing.
Measurement is not optional, and it is not a dashboard. If a report does not end in a decision about what changes next month, it is decoration.
Consistency outperforms intensity. Twice a week for a year beats a burst of daily posting followed by three quiet months. Reach resets when you stop.
Clients should be able to leave. Ad accounts, domains and analytics should be registered in your name with us added as a user. Holding a client hostage through account access is common and we think it is indefensible.
How an engagement actually runs
The shape is the same whichever package you take. Month one looks very different from month four, and knowing that up front prevents the most common misunderstanding in this industry.
| Stage | What happens | What you see |
|---|---|---|
| Before anything | A conversation about what you sell and what is not working. No charge, no pitch deck. | A straight answer on whether we can help and what it would cost. |
| Weeks 1 to 2 | Audit. Access to your accounts, a look at your site, channels and numbers, and a read on what is already working. | A written summary of what we found, including anything awkward. |
| Weeks 2 to 4 | Strategy or channel plan, depending on the package. Positioning and messaging, or targeting and media planning. | The plan itself, and the reasoning behind it, in plain language. |
| Month 2 onward | Production and campaigns running. Content, creative, paid support, 3D assets where relevant. | Work going live, and a monthly report that names what changes next. |
| Ongoing | Review and adjust. What moved, what did not, what we stop doing. | A standing monthly conversation, not a slide deck emailed at you. |
The honest bit about month one. It is the least visible month and the one that determines the rest. If a supplier promises visible results in the first few weeks, they are either skipping the audit or telling you what you want to hear.
What we will not do
- Invent numbers. No borrowed case studies, no results from work we did not do, no percentages that cannot be traced to a source.
- Buy followers or engagement. It inflates a metric and damages reach, and it is trivially detectable.
- Take a project we cannot do well. If it needs skills or scale we do not have, we would rather point you elsewhere than learn on your budget.
- Hold your accounts. See above. Everything is registered to you.
- Sell you a channel you do not need. If your customers are not on TikTok, we are not going to build you a TikTok strategy.
- Agree with you when you are wrong. You are paying for a view, not for agreement.

The first conversation costs nothing and is not a pitch. Bring what you sell, who you are trying to reach, and what you can spend.
