Ask usMost sites go live four to six weeks after kick-off. The clock depends far more on how quickly we get your content and feedback than on the build itself, so we tell you exactly what we need and when.
You get a fixed price for a fixed scope before we start — no hourly surprises. A brochure site, an online shop and a multi-location site are very different jobs, so the honest answer comes after a short call about what you actually need.
Yes — that is home. Port Elizabeth was renamed Gqeberha in 2021, and most people still search for it by the old name, so you will see both on this site. NexReach is two people based in Gqeberha, working with clients across South Africa and worldwide — Johannesburg included, remotely. If you are in the Bay we are happy to meet in person; everywhere else we run the same process over calls and shared links.
It depends entirely on which services you need. Our email marketing automation runs from R3,000 to R35,000 depending on sending volume, and TikTok monetisation setup starts at R1,500. SEO, paid campaigns and websites are quoted per project, at a fixed price agreed before we start. A short call is enough for us to give you a real number rather than a range.
Local search results — the Google map pack for your area — can move within four to eight weeks once your Google Business Profile and citations are right. Competitive organic rankings take three to six months of consistent work. Anyone promising page one in a fortnight is either guessing or gaming something that will cost you later.
Yes. We build in WordPress and hand over a walkthrough plus short video guides for the pages you will touch most. If you would rather not touch it at all, a care plan covers the changes for you.
We do. Care plans cover managed hosting, backups, plugin and core updates, security monitoring and a monthly block of support hours. You can also host it yourself — the site is yours either way.
Yes — copywriting is part of most builds. We interview you, write the pages around what your customers search for, and send them for approval before anything is designed around them.
Then we will not sell you a rebuild. Plenty of sites need a speed pass, a search foundation and better calls to action rather than a fresh start — and that is a much smaller invoice.
You do — site, domain, hosting account and every login. Nothing is built on a platform you cannot leave, and nothing is withheld if you decide to move on.
Between 100 and 5,000 a day, depending on the package. Packages run from R3,000 to R35,000, and where you land depends on the sending capacity you need, how complex the automation is and the scale of your campaigns. You can start smaller and scale the volume up as the business grows.
No, and be careful of anyone who does. We assess your account, tell you which options you are eligible for, and help you set them up using compliant, officially supported methods. Monetisation is subject to TikTok’s eligibility requirements, regional availability and approval — earnings are not guaranteed. Packages start from R1,500.
A decision-maker on the kick-off call, your logo and any brand files, access to your domain and current site, and roughly an hour of your time each week for feedback. We handle the rest.
